Where you update your primary payment method depends on which platform you donate from, the MessengerX app or the Donor Portal.
If you donate from the MessengerX App, update your information in the following way.
In the MessengerX app
• Tap the three‑line menu
• Select Donate
• Tap your recurring donation
Update the credit card details there.
If you donate through the Donor Portal, use this method.
You can edit your default Primary Payment Method from your Donor Profile. To get started, click on the Ellipsis (...) in the top right corner and then select Payment Methods.
From this page, you can edit payment details, add a new payment method, or remove a payment method.
