To reset a lost/forgotten password, follow the steps below.

1. Click here to go to the 'Forgot Password' form

2. Input your email address that is associated with your Messenger International store account

3. Check your email for a 'Password Reset' email. Note: please check your junk folder if you have not received the email address in a few minutes

4. Click the 'Reset your password' link in the email

5. Input your new password into the form

6. Log in with your email and new password
