If you are wanting to change your email address within MessengerX and do not want to lose your course progress or impact, you can follow these steps:
If you have access to your old email address
Click on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines stacked) to pull up the menu
Click My Account
Click on your email
Update your email address
Following the prompts, go to your old email address inbox and click on the link provided to authenticate
After revalidating, your change will be effective!
If you do not have access to your old email address
Please contact our team at (719) 487-3000 to submit a claim to change your email address with our development team.
