If you are not getting the email with the login/signup link delivered to your email, you can follow these steps:

1. Check your spam/promotions folder(s) to determine if the login email was sent there.
2. Check the login screen on the app to see if your email address was entered correctly.
3. Make sure you are updated to the latest app version released in the app store, and try logging in / signing up again.
4. If your email address was correct and the email has not been delivered to your inbox or spam folders, try deleting the app and reinstalling.
5. If all of the above does not work, you can continue using the app as a guest without logging in / signing up, and please contact our office at (719) 487-3000 to create a bug report with a team member.
